Criteria
- Shall be granted only for qualified individuals engaged in whether small or medium scale farming activities.
Loan Amount
- Loanable amount dependent to the appraised value of collateral and cash flow capacity
- Maximum amount not exceeding single borrower's limit which is 25% of net worth
Loan Term
- Depends on client's capacity to pay, flexible term maximum of 5 years
Basic Document Requirements
- 2 copies of 2x2 picture (borrower and spouse, if any)
- Photocopy of 1 valid ID (Government Issued)
- Photocopy of Marriage Contract or CENOMAR
- Barangay or Court Clearance, NBI or Police Clearance
- Proof of billing
- Proof of Income
- Income Tax Return (ITR)
- Record of Transaction
- Receipt of purchases/sales
Collateral Requirements, if secured
- Title or Tax Declaration
- Original Certificate of Title or Transfer of Title(OCT/TCT) for Titled Properties
- Owner's copy/Certified True Copy of Tax Declaration
- Affidavit of Non-Tenancy (For Agriculture Lot)
- Latest Tax Receipt/ Non-delinquency Certification
- Lot Plan/Tax Mapping/Vicinity Map
- Latest pictures of Collateral with Improvements
- Chattel Mortgage
- Proof of ownership (O.R.)
- LTO Certificate of Registration
- Official Receipt of Registration
- Insurance policy equivalent to appraised value of the chattel
- Endorsement of Insurance to the bank
Unsecured Loan
Offered to individual farmers who are not a member of any organization, but choose to apply for loan to finance agricultural purposes.
Criteria
- The borrower must be known in the community where any of RBI branches is located
- Borrower must have two (2) co-makers with a established repayment capacity
Loan Amount
- Up to Php200,000.00 with good credit history with the bank
Loan Term
- 360 days (12months), depends on borrower's capacity to pay
