- Loanable amount dependent to the appraised value of collateral and capacity of income
- Maximum amount not exceeding single borrower's limit which is 25% of net worth

Basic Document Requirements
- 2x2 ID picture of borrower and spouse (2 copies each)
- Photocopy of Valid IDs(borrower and spouse)
- Photocopy of Marriage Contract or CENOMAR
- Barangay Clearance, Police/NBI/Court Clearance
- Proof of billing
- Proof of Income
- Income Tax Return (ITR)
- Record of Transaction
- Receipt of purchases/sales
- Passbook or statement of account (if any)
- Proof of remittances(if any)
- COE with status of employment & net take home pay (if employed)
Collateral Requirements, if secured
- Title or Tax Declaration:
- Original Certificate of Title or Transfer of Title(OCT/TCT) for Titled Properties
- Owner's copy/Certified True Copy of Tax Declaration
- Affidavit of Non-Tenancy (For Agriculture Lot)
- Latest Tax Receipt/ Non-delinquency Certification
- Lot Plan/Tax Mapping/Vicinity Map
- Latest pictures of Collateral with Improvements
- Chattel Mortgage:
- Proof of ownership (O.R.)
- LTO Certificate of Registration
- Official Receipt of Registration
- Insurance policy equivalent to appraised value of the chattel
- Endorsement of Insurance to the bank
